Use AI at work, with clear guardrails around your data.
Clearfence AI helps small and medium businesses adopt Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude safely. We check identity, permissions, and data before any AI tool connects. Then we set up the policy, training, and ongoing oversight your team needs.

The problem
Your team is probably already using AI. The question is where your data goes.
Staff sign up for free AI tools on their own, paste in client details, and connect apps to company email. AI assistants can also surface anything a user already has access to. If permissions are loose, AI makes that visible fast.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you sell a particular AI product?
No. We're vendor-neutral. We work with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Business, and Claude Team and help you choose based on your data, existing systems, and budget. Licenses are billed separately.
Will you make us HIPAA compliant?
No consultant can promise that. We help you choose AI tools and settings with HIPAA in mind, including which products offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and we document what we reviewed. Compliance decisions stay with you and your legal or compliance advisor.
Do you need admin access to our systems?
We start with a read-only review wherever possible. If changes are needed later, we agree on exactly what access is required and for how long before anything changes.
How long does a Readiness Assessment take?
Typically 2–3 weeks, ending with a scored findings report, five prioritized use cases, and a 90-day roadmap. 50% of the assessment fee is credited toward a project with Clearfence AI.
Is our data used to train AI models?
It depends on the product and plan. Reviewing each vendor's data-use, retention, and training terms is part of our assessment, so you know before you sign up.
Where do you work?
On-site and local service across Dallas–Fort Worth. Remote service for businesses anywhere in the U.S.: assessments, policy work, training, and setup can all be done remotely.
